Acuity was established to bring together a number of people and their skills and experience to provide inclusive design consultancy that combines best practice, current research and new technology. Rather than view disability issues as discrete issues, we aim to maximise accessibility for all through integrated design and manufacture.Our team has knowledge of architecture, design standards, graphics and printing, multimedia including video and audio production, 3D modelling and printing. With experience in both public and private sector projects, we offer services that meet customers’ specified needs with cost-free enhancements to ensure access for all.
As part of the Index Voucher Scheme (link) we developed an RFID based system to allow visually impaired people to navigate in public buildings.
